What do you think of this.....

I was thinking of this color for our bathroom. What do you think? It's BM - Weekend Getaway! (it's a green/sage color)

What the rest of the bathroom looks like. (no that white curtain will not be there forever). Everything is brush silver. It has a "Tuscan" feel already.

Re: What do you think of this.....

I like it. Its weird though in the close up picture it looks more tan.
I think a reddish color would look really nice in there too.

Oh and BM paint is more expensive than I thought - I posted about it last week and people were saying $28-33 a gallon and it was $38/gallon.

I think I'm going to have to try to take better pics tonight. The color is really nice too. My DH wouldn't go for reddish. Chat Icon but that is a good idea too.

We paid $30.99 for BM Regal @ Ace Hardware just last week. Then we paid $32.99 for white semi-gloss for trim. Chat Icon Where did you buy it from?

Aboffs. Ace sells BM? The one by us carries Pratt and Lambert.

Yeah I think Aboffs might be more on the expensive side. Ace in Farmingdale is where I bought the paint. Maybe you can take a trip there next time if it isn't too far for you to go. It's on Rt. 110 near Southern State Pkwy. Chat Icon

Re: What do you think of this.....

That is the same color scheme that I am using in my bathrooms. We have the same color tiles in Travertine and the walls are sage green. it looks amazing!

Green is a splendid choice. Chat Icon

And I'm not just saying that. I think it would go very nicely with your color scheme.

I always wanted to do a tuscan style with yellow or orange. But sage green is one of my favorite colors.

Re: What do you think of this.....

Thanks everyone! I figured you guys would get the idea from the pic, but it really doesn't come out that well in pics. It's a shame, because it's a really beautiful color. I can't wait to paint the whole bathroom this color.

What color towels now? Chat Icon Sage?

Go "Green". Chat Icon
