went to the doc today
I had a full blood work up last week and I'm happy to report that all blood levels are a-ok!
Cholesterol is very good but I would like it to come down a litte..
Nothing losing 20 lbs won't cure.
The doc liked the numbers..clean bill o health!

That's why I did it. I was concerned. I have not been paying enough attention to myself at all.
