EZ Pass Vent..
I just got a notice of violation in the mail from EZPass saying I refused to pay a toll at the GW bridge or didn't have an EZPAss and went right through the toll w/o paying.
Funny thing is the date they said I did it I was away in FL. and my car was in my garage the whole time and no one has my car keys. They even had my Plate # on the notice and they said they have my plate on video going through the toll. I am NOT paying the toll or fine! I have to wait till Mon. to call, but I just had to vent!

i got a ticket from EZ pass once when i was driving a rent a car that i hadn't added to the EZ pass. on the ticket was a picture of the back of the car. You should request a picture so you can dispute it.

We've had lots of issues like this with my husand's company ez pass. No advice ... just good luck fighting it!

when i turned my EZPass in, i got all these charges on my final bill for random tolls... i was home the entire time... turns out it some how picked up the tolls when it was traveling through the mail
