Anyone have a stockade fence?

We ordered one and the guys were here this morning to install it. They said it wasnt treated and both Dh and I swore that the salesman told us it would be. We didnt want them to install it if it is just going to rot in a short amount of time or get infected with termites. The salesman doesnt work on the weekends and the company told us we have to go through him. We already paid the money for the permit and a deposit for the fence.

We have stockade - and ours in treated - I would not put up the untreated. I would have one of the people that are supposed to be putting the fence up get in contact with the salesman that sold it to you -- salesmen never have off if they want to make money

We have stockade, and it's treated. We had an existing stockade fence that was rotting, so I went to HomeDepot, and bought a few sections at a time, and over about 3 years, replaced all the sections. The original sections from 3-4 years ago are doing fine so far.
