Great Apartment!! Good luck with it!! I'm not sure if you are near the village or Smithtown Blvd.
We lived in Nesconset for three years after getting married! These ended up being our faves...
Chinese Takeout: Great Wall on Smithtown Blvd.
Pizza: Giorgio's also on Smithtown Blvd.
A lot of people like The Sundried Tomato also, but it wasn't my fave.
Sushi: Kotobuki on 347 in Hauppauge
The bagel place next to the party store is really good.

Yay! Congrats! I second Giorgio's and Sundried Tomato (I like Sundried Tomato for pizza with toppings, and Giorgio's for plain--and Giorgio's has the BEST garlic knots!).

Don't worry - you will. My apt hunt took 6 weeks .... and I almost DIDN'T find this one!
It was in a pennysaver that I don't get - I was searching pennysaver online, and found this listing 12 hours before it was expired and removed.
We were 1 of 3 serious bidders, but the landlord felt that we were the best fit.
Hang in there!!!!

I just found a new one on craigs list- I am waiting for the guy to call me back
it's right around the corner and he was getting on the train- going to call me after (I hope- or he gets a call tomorrow)
it's newly renovated and in my hood
cheap enough I could keep my parking spots and still save almost $600 a month
