Those who own a house...is there
anything that you did not know going into the whole process of finding and buying your home, that you know now...and wish you would have known then? Please share your wisdom/lessons learned, etc.

I am in the process now of buying and I have to say that I just ask every single person around me questions. I also read a few books just to get the basics down. I am hoping for the best and I guess you live and you learn.
So far so good!!!
