my turn for paint help
for our guest room - it is a big room, with a North facing and an east facing window.
Here are some photos - the bedding and window treatments are not changing - I tried lenox tan, and its too close to the color of the comforter. I thought of a blue/grey, but I htink with a north facing room, it might be too 'cold'
curtains
if anyone needs a sample size lenox tan, please let me know

Re: my turn for paint help
I'm afraid the gold / dark beige tones are too close to the comforter color

Re: my turn for paint help
I was going to suggest the blue of the curtains.

If you are going to try for that color, I have a few BM samples I could give you

Re: my turn for paint help
You have a lot of red accents - are you opposed to painting the room red? With all that light, it shouldn't be too dark.
Otherwise I would go with a grey - not really a blue-grey.

That was going to be my next suggestion
Maybe Audobon Russet?

DH's offiice, accross the hall is red - I think its too much red
I was thinking grey, but I'm afraid it'll be unwelcoming - I'll order grey samples from BM

Re: my turn for paint help
You could always do an "accent" wall in a different color, picking out a couple of colors?

Re: my turn for paint help
I would try something like a light beige -- BM Shaker Beige or Manchester Tan, or a taupe like Sag Harbor Gray

Re: my turn for paint help
What is the color of the dark stripe in the curtains ?
I think I like a blue gray color best. I like to have 3 colors in a room and I think it would like great with the red accents.
