1) Wantagh-Levittown Volunteer Ambulance Corps
2) EMS
I was an EMT, AEMT, (now considered EMT-CC I think?) driver, Chief's Officer, Board member, Committee member, Lifetime member...
I got a little involved. 
eta: I also worked for Long Beach Memorial Hospital and Gosline private ambulance company out of Huntington Hospital.
