Handyman special.
Although the fireplace and white shelves is just like in my house. I am thinking about painting the brick.
The house is actually expensive. No kitchen cabinets and windows. Major renovation. I am sure well above $100K

your paying for the land. That house can be knocked down or renovated. It is over priced though
