Need an inexpensive plumber...
We are finishing up our 1/2 bath (FINALLY) and we need someone to come in and connect our pedestal sink, new toilet and change some shut off valves that are old and nasty looking.
Typically something we would do ourselves, but when our contractor was changing the shut off valves on the sink the pipe in the wall crumbled a bit at the connection and he had to replace the joint and the shut off - something that might be a bit more our of our league. For fear that this might happen with the toilet shut off I would rather just hire someone to avoid an emergency plumbing call 
Don't want to pay a small fortune for this - it really is very very little work for someone with plumbing skills. My hubby is more handy electrically... Maybe if someone's hubby is a plumber we could trade favors
