I went there last month!
They are pretty good, there are a lot of good stores and it's inside like a regular mall.
Most of the stores though I visited were ones that are at Woodbury Commons or in Riverhead.

Re: Anyone ever been to Franklin Mills Outlets?
I live about 30 mins away - actually, I'm probably heading there today with the little monster because our babysitter broke her ankle, and I can't think of a better way to spend a rainy afternoon than to spend the money I saved on our real estate taxes
Oh, yeah, how is it? Kind of crappy, in my opinion. The layout is stupid, though there are some good stores - I particulary like the Banana Republic, Ann Taylor and Nine West outlets, and off 5th Ave and the Saks outlet are pretty good.
But, depending on when you go, the crowd can be a little "rough"...

Depends on when you go, sometimes you hit it big, other times you can walk out with nothing.
The layout IS dumb, but I like that it is indoors like a mall.
Have fun!

Yes, we go there once in a while for change of season or Christmas shopping. We almost always find some great deals.
The layout is weird but we park in the middle of the building so we walk up & back one side of the mall, drop our bags off, then do the other side of the mall.
I love that it's inside one giant building.
