Hey R,
We are moving to Bedminster, NJ and have a painter, but I am not sure about his work. He starts on Monday. His price for painting our entire townhome, not including all closets (just one) is 2800. This price includes benjamin moore paint. The place has 6 rooms 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and a 25 foot high hallway.
(I am not having the utility room or storage room painted)
