Sushi Help
Lately I have major cravings for sushi and I am not sure what is okay, what isn't, what is too much, how often, etc...
We are going out for Japanese/Chinese tonight and all I want is sushi...
Please Help!

Re: Sushi Help
I bumped my sushi roll suggestion thread
This is what I have found on seafood... Hope it helps!
Pregnant women should not eat fish that can be high in mercury, like shark, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish.
Pregnant women should also avoid game fish until they check its safety with the local health department. (A game fish is any fish caught for sport, such as trout, salmon or bass.)
Pregnant women should also avoid raw fish, especially shellfish such as oysters and clams. If a pregnant woman eats raw fish, she could get an infection that could hurt her baby.
When you're pregnant, it's OK to eat a limited amount of fish that have small amounts of mercury.
You can eat up to 12 ounces a week of such fish, including shrimp, salmon, pollock, catfish, and canned light tuna. But for albacore (white) tuna, don't eat more than 6 ounces a week.
