Doggie GTG?
Southaven Park is going to set up a dog run and in preparation the Suffolk County Unleashed Organization is having a meet at the park tomorrow @ 1:00 p.m. News12 and Newsday are planning on being there.
Misty and I plan on being there also
Saturday, August 18th, 1 pm, Southaven Park, Victory Avenue,Shirley--SUFFOLK COUNTY UNLEASHED 3RD ANNUAL MEETUP AT SOUTHAVEN!!!
We will be meeting at picnic areas 4 and 5- PLEASE BE ON TIME AS WE CAN ONLY WAIT UNTIL 1:30 PM AND CANNOT KEEP THE PRESS OR KATE BROWNING WAITING-
Come, bring the pups, meet our members and make some friends for an afternoon of fun and frolic! Enter your pup in "The Most Talented Pup at the Park!" contest and win a special prize! Contest categories include: The pup with the longest tongue!, The Happiest Pup in the Park, The most Obedient Pup, The Pup with the Best Trick, and The Owner and Pup Lookalike Contest! Legislator Kate Browning will be attending, and there will be planned press coverage for this event--Make sure to get there and show your support for dog parks on Long Island!!! (PLEASE DO NOT ASK AT THE BOOTH WHERE THE MEETUP IS LOCATED AS THEY WILL NOT KNOW) ABSOLUTELY NO INTACT MALES OR UNSPAYED FEMALES AT THIS EVENT-

Actually from you...take Horseblock Road East. Right before Sunrise Highway you can make a left onto Victory Ave. (there's a small green sign on the right directing you to Southhaven Park and the Skeet Range). The park is about a mile up on the left side.
From the LIE - take William Floyd South to Victory Ave. - just before Sunrise - make a right and the park is about two miles on the right.

LadyPrincess it was sooooo nice to meet you and Jack!!
Sorry I got caught up with that other couple...it's a weimie thing - we love to talk about our dogs
We really should get together again and let the doggies play...Jack looked like he was having such a good time!
