As long as it says pasturized
on the label, can we eat ricotta cheese? Like the Polly-o. I wasn't planning on cooking it, just a dallop on top of my pasta? Do you think that's ok?

Yes. I had pasturized brie when I was pregnant.
And honestly, even if it wasn't, you could probably still have a little. Everything in moderation.

Dairy products manufactured in this country have to be made from pasturized milk...so even if it doesnt say pasturized but it says made in New Jersey you're good to go...say goes for anything stating that it is Domestic.
