HELP
I will be 30 wks on Friday and my carpal tunnel is KILLLING MEEEEEEEEEE!!! Has this happened to anyone esle?????
Does anyone have an remedies????

I used to have carpal tunnel and the only thing that would give me relief was wearing a brace around my wrist. The support totally eased some of the pressure. I got the ones they sell in CVS.

There is this fantastic cream (odorless, greaseless, white) called Topricin. It can be found in tube or tub form at Whole Foods. It is mainly for carpal tunnel but also for sciatic pain. I have nerve damage, slight carpal tunnel and have used it on my back after two surgeries. It does take the edge off alot! Try it.

I tried that the other day and it worked great the first day then it was down hill from there. Now i am wondering if its b/c i am not drinking enough water b/c sometimes my hands are soooo swollen and i cant even close my fingers...

this is happening to me too!!! def drink alot helps with the water retention and flexing doing hand exercises and the brace is supposed to help too.
