Something interesting I found out today...
My feet have been swelling up on daily basis for the past couple of weeks, but my right foot especially has been swelling up a lot more and the swelling doesn't go down. My doctor wasn't concerned since my BP was perfect, but I called her up today to tell her that this is still happening and she tells me to stop sleeping on my right side altogether. The baby is putting too much pressure on my right side which is why I swell up more in my right foot...so now I have to sleep strictly on the left side (this is going to be a torture) and keep my right foot elevated.
This is all I needed...acrobatics in my 8th and 9th month...[SIGH]...

I guess I should start sleeping on my head then,,, since both my feet are equally swollen!

That is interesting bc I sleep on my left side and that ankle is alway puffier!
