I will never order anything from there again!
I ordered a sheet set - 400TC and it said "imported". yea it was imported alright - from CHINA! crappiest sheets I have ever seen.
I also ordered a down pillow from them. after a few weeks of using it, all the feathers were coming out. I've had down pillows before and they have never come out at that rate before  they refused to take it back b/c it was after 14 days.

Well I'm looking for a kenneth cole watch. Should I assume that because it's kenneth cole and i'm just buying it from overstock that there shouldn't be a problem?

I ordered twice from them. Once was a bed in a bag and there were no pillowcases. They gave me a $20 credit off the price.
And the 2nd was a down comforter as a gift for my daughter and she loves it.
So I can't really complain.

I ordered a really inexpensive down comforter from them and while yes, I do get stray feathers from it I feel I got what I paid for. It's a queen sized down comforter and I paid $19.99 for it.

I have ordered a LOT of things from them and I have only had to return 2 items. The first was a Tivo for my brother and it didn't work when he received it. Overstock replaced it for free. The second item was some bracelets for my bridesmaids and I didn't like them when I received them. They accepted the return with no issues.
I have ordered the following from them:
2 down comforters
2 down pillows
2 duvet covers
2 pearl necklaces
Tivo unit
Cashmere throw blanket
White gold necklace
King sized sheets
Keyboard / Mouse
Gift basket
and MORE

I ordered a shelving unit from them. It looked similar to one that I saw at crate and barrel. Well it turned out to be the same exact one - the same manufacturer, and it was hundreds of dollars less at overstock!
