Bittersweet
My mom got a new dog this weekend. It will be two years in December since we had to put our first dog Willie to sleep.
While I like the new dog and think she is really cute - it still makes me sad to see another dog in that house. I have since moved out, so its a little easier.
The new dog is a hound mix and her name is Molly, she is three years old. I want to not like her because I miss Willie so much - but she is too cute and I can't help but like her!

Like her, love her and have fun with her. Willie wouldn't have wanted it any other way. She's not replacing him, but, just continuing the love that he gave you.
