Any available apartments?
Hi I am looking for an apartment for my MIL--I have been searching Craigslist, the paper etc... She has a dog and most apts wont take one-Does anyone know of any apartments that are available or will be available soon--I would really appreciate any help, she just called me crying because she is so frustrated--THANKS!!!!!!!

Heatherwood Apt complexes offer studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments on bottom/top floors and they allow pets.
They have complexes all over LI to look at.
We lived at one complex for 2 years.

She is mostly looking for a house apt-Im sure her credit is not so good and most complexes do a check--Thanks!!!

I had never rented before and only had a credit record fo a few credit cards and was only a few months into a job down here, and they gave us an apt, so you can always try.
Have you tried the Pennysaver? Yankee Trader?

Yes I have tried Pennysaver, what is Yankee trader--is that online?? i feel so bad for her-it stinks!!! She has been going to look at places and nothing!!!Thanks

Yankee Trader is just like Pennysaver - I'm not sure if they have it online, but we get it in the mail once a week.
