JURY DUTY FOR BRAD PITT

Even celebs like Brad Pitt have to do their civic duty! Pitt showed up to jury duty on Thursday, reports TMZ.com.
The website says Pitt, 43, had been postponing the dreaded jury duty because he was either filming or traveling with girlfriend Angelina Jolie and their four children, but the hunky star flew back to L.A. Thursday to serve his time and opinions in court.

Clad in a white t-shirt, dark jeans, and a black cap, Brad spent most of his day in court in a private room, waiting to be called for service. For lunch, the actor had someone bring him a Subway sandwich. It's still unclear if Brad was assigned to any specific court case.

"He served just like everyone else does," his rep said, according to online reports.

I don't remember getting a private room and my lunch delivered last time I had jury duty!

I'd rather them stick him in a private room than have to waste security by having him with everyone else.

I heard Angelina was saying "This is why we should move to France!"
