I'm not a readhead, but I dont get it?
There mad cause wendys has a little girl with redhair as there logo? whocares!
I wouldn't be all pi$$ed if she had blonde hair, its a friggin fast food logo--lol They should get over it!

That line was hilarious.
As for the original video -
That has been Wendy's logo for ages. Wendy is Dave Thomas' daughter and from what I can recall, she resembled the picture. Dave Thomas was a sweet philanthropic man. I sincerely doubt he would intentionally hurt anyone's feelings to sell a burger. I also sincerely doubt that anyone really thinks the corporation views redheaded people as caricatures with red hair, huge freckles and pasty white skin. They have too much to lose. However, corporations have, over time, updated out of date logos and characters that represent them.
If this group is in fact serious, I don't necessarily know that protest would be my first method of demonstration. Letter writing and petition would be a good start and I would go from there.
However, if they are not serious, it sort of makes a mockery of the intent of protest of more serious issues. JMO.
It is actually very hard to figure out the intent of this.
