I grew up in a neighborhood where girls got nose jobs for their sweet 16s. Well I never had a sweet 16 and I never had a nose job - never needed one.
HOWEVER, after a huge weight loss, I have so much extra skin that I look like I gave birth, but I dont have a baby to show for it. Crunches and sit ups do nothing but tighten up the muscles underneath. I also used to have much larger breasts and now they looked like deflated balloons.
I have been a work in progress for 5 years and want to finish the project. I plan on a tummy tuck and a breast lift (perhaps implants) after we finish having children. DH knows how I feel and is supportive of my feelings.
I am never in opposition of plastic surgery. If it makes a person feel better about themselves then go for it. It becomes a problem when it is an obsession.

I am absolutely doing it after my 2nd and final baby. I am getting aTummy Tuck and a Breast Lift. I have done a lot of research and cannot wait to get it done.

almost every girl that I know has had a nose or boob job and some have had both
just go the the hamptons for the weekend- I was the only girl at neptunes with real boobs!
i commend you for going there!  
didn't have a choice- my DH LOVES it - he worked there for years
I managed not to go this summer

I definitely plan on having a tummy tuck at some point. My stomach roll is the *only* part of my body I can't stand.

I had a nose job a few years ago, best decision I have ever made for myself.
I never liked my nose, it was very big and had a bump on it. I feel so much better now, it did wonders for my self esteem, so why the heck not??

I'm looking to get rid of a weeeee bit of cellulite I have on the side of my upper legs-- it's so minor though that I feel like the Doctor will think I'm being ridiculous-- Like, when I went to get a birthmark on my face removed (it was on the side of my face- very small) but I thought, of course, that it was the worst thing in the world-- So I spend 700 bucks to get it removed lol it was the size of a freckle! My CLOSEST friends were like "what's w/ the bandaid??" I was like "DUH I got that THING removed from my face" They were like  "we thought that was just a freckle" LOL I felt like such an azz but I guess we are our own worst critics-- so I feel like the TINY bit of cellulite I have is the worst thing in the world meanwhile to the world it's prob not even that noticeable.
Anyway- I've always felt as though my boobs, or LACK of boobs LOL has been a MAJOR source of sadness for me. I've always had to have cups sewn into everything- I've NEVER been able to just WEAR clothes or a bathing suit... I feel like less of a woman as a result. I know I over exaggerate about a lot of things (hence the cellulite and birthmark haha) but this is one thing that I REALLY do feel I need.
One day-- maybe-- I'm just scared.
I just feel like if I could just be a NORMAL girl it would great-- I don't want to be Pam Anderson- just NORMAL.

I want a nose job so badly but I am scared of doing it.
And I will most likely get my boobs done after kids. That I am not scared of for some reason.

I would definitely be open to it and have actually considered it, but I am too afraid! I think I'd be more open to it post children. DH and I don't have kids yet, so we'll see what hte future brings.
