Swelling
I"VE GOT CANKLES!!!
I was just staring at my feet just now and noticed I have no ankles. My feet look really weird and huge. Today also marks the day that I can not wear my wedding ring.
Does elevating the feet help the swelling? Anyone else have this yet?
I've got 2 1/2 months to go I hope it doesn't get worse.

i stopped wearing my rings a couple of weeks ago and have been living in flip flops. i have 2 months to go too. i have not seen my ankle bones in months... it stinks

I don't have any remedies for you, but I can sympathize!
I would make sure to drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Maybe putting your feet up will help.
I can no longer wear my rings either... so sad!

my doc said to elevate my feet whenever possible and to sleep with them elevated on 2 pillows. ideally your feet above your heart - i don't have time to do this and would need to sit with my feet on my desk to do this at works so forget that  not that i think i can get my feet that high anyway

I can't wear my rings either - but i went to Kohl's and got a replacement for the time being. Also my Dr. said to keep the feet above your heart and to use 4 pilllows. He also said avoid unnessary runs to the grocery store and place like that. Keep 'em up and the swelling will go down!!!

My feet are so swollen but I drink alot of water and try to elevate my feet as much as possible. In Lamaze class I was told to drink a glass of cold water and then elevate my legs to heart level.

Elevation helps for me. I havent worn my wedding ring in months.
My shower is in 2 weeks and I bought a dress for it, but now I am thinking about just buying a new top bc I am embarassed about my cankles!
