FYI: I found some helpful back posts and with the new puppy and Cat we felt we should get it...we paid outright for a year and with puppy it will pay for itself. We went with VPI and did it over the phone. I know so many people decide to or not, I know my cousin bought it for their two dogs and it came in handy too, you never know when a critter will get sick.
