Anyone been to the Cookie Factory in Islip?
What is it like? I need desserts for a BBQ. Is it worth going there or just a bakery? Thanks - sorry to sound silly but not sure if you just walk right in & buy cookies

I've gone there a bunch of times. Some of the cookies are broken, so they're cheaper, but the other ones are fine. It's worth a stop there if it's not out of your way!

It's right off of Spur Drive South - by route 111. It's on Freeman Ave by the new Gold's Gym

Thanks! I'll try to find it. I also think it's worth going to Entenmann's in Bay Shore if you're catering for a lot of people.

Enteman's is gone, they closed that location.

I don't know what it is like now though - it doesn't hurt to try it

I've been there. Cookies are good. They are like cookies you would find in the bakery department at a food store.
