Our furnace just broke
As our luck would have it, we closed on our new home on 10/3 and the furnace just broke. We were thinking of replacing it anyway as it's 48 years old. Why couldn't this have broken before we closed... Now we have no heat and it's getting cold.

Ugh, sorry, that sux. We were so afraid of that happening, our furnace was 45 years old, so right after we closed in August we had the whole system replaced.

sorry to hear.
But looking on the bright side, good thing it didn't happen in the dead of winter whne it below 30 degrees outside.
