UPDATE! Tomorrow...
is my first appt. I can't wait!!!!! I'll be 8w6d and I have known since 4 weeks so I am dying to have it confirmed. It is finally going to be real. 
Hopefully everything will be ok! 
UPDATE:
Just got back and everything went great! Baby is measuring 8w5d with a heartbeat of 188 so it's right on target. We got to see and hear the heartbeat which was amazing!
