Guess what $20 in 1977 would get you?
A circumcision! 
My dad saves everything and in honor of my brother's 28th birthday this past weekend, he pulled out the bill from Central General from when my brother was born. It was itemized down to the smallest thing! (no pun intended) We were cracking up. 
I can't believe it was so cheap back then- that's a procedure you'd want to splurge on!
