I had many people contact me about this when we cremated our son. I could not bring myself to do it, but I found that it is VERY popular

It's def. a bit creepy, but perhaps more of a history to pass on than ashes on the mantel. I mean, if your gramma said I want you to have your gramppy when I pass, would you rather have his ashes to put out on display or a nice ring? Again, both are creepy, but I can understand it.

My MIL said that for her remains she wants to be cremated and have her remains put into a christmas ornament for each of her children's trees! Trust me if that happens, I'll be making that woman into a diamond to hang on the tree - do you know how many ornaments get broken each year??
