Dr's appoint today..UGH

So the dr..

better than last month but not by much. I have a dominant follicle on each side(and a bunch of small ones) but they are only 11mm. Last month none of them got above 9mm so this is progress. She said my uterine lining is “awesome” and that she is happy to see I am responding to the increased dosage. I have to go back Friday am to track their growth, but I am just not hopeful that they are going to grow enough to get me to ovulate.

If it doesnt work out, its back to provera and another increased clomid dosage.

I'm bummed, but I guess we will wait and see what happens on Friday.

PS.. this is day 12 for me.

I'm sorry to hear that but its great news that you are responding to the Clomid. My doctor said its definitely trial and error with the dosage so hopefully 150 will work for you if it doesn't happen this month. And you never know, they say 1-3mm growth per day so its possible they'll be big enough on Friday!

Jen - First... Has your dr mentioned anything about Metformin? I'm not insulin intolerant, but my doctor put me on Met and the combination of the Met and the Clomid this month worked, when just the Clomid didn't work.

Has the doctor checked your glucose/insulin levels? Mine were normal, but normal on the hide side that's why she was comfortable giving me the Met. Something to think about or ask your doctor about.
