Nice fixer in Oceanside...
Didn't think you could get a home in Oceanside for under $400k! Here's one for $349k and you can always negotiate lower!

It scares me when there are no inside pics and it says needs tlc and being sold "as is".
If I still lived there i'd def go see it just b/c i'm curious how bad it is! We used to go to a lot of open houses in o'side.
