Probably a really stupid question
Does sparkling water "count" as real water. I drink a ton of it a day and wonder if its the same thing as drinking water. LOL... I guess so.. just with bubbles right?

I think it does count but the only difference may be the amount of sodium.

I'm not sure but I know at weight watchers they tell you if you want to drink half of your daily water as a no calorie non-carbonated drink you could (ie: crystal light)
