Late afternoon fatigue
Every afternoon around this time I get super sluggish and sleepy...I take vitamins, I try to eat right, I have been exercising...what can I do about this?

I get like that too but as soon as I get my butt to the gym or even just walk the dog it goes away. It's really hard in the cold weather for me.

Think about what you are eating for breakfast and lunch. Even if it's healthy, it could still be something that is contributing to fatique later in the day.

i actually gave up my morning coffee so i could have some at my 2:30 break! so i have green tea in the morning and then coffee in the afternoon, it was a tough switch but definitely worth it!

Are you a morning coffee drinker? Sometimes excess caffeine early in the day can make you more susceptible to being tired later in the day.

Thankfully, there is coffee here all the time.........so thats what keeps me going. Im tired right now and just finished my small cup of coffee.
