Yay! We found a place...
After looking at a million places and loosing many nights sleep...we finally found a place  We decided to go with a new 2 bedroom co-op for now instead of a run down, fix me up house.
We put our offer in yesterday and they accepted it. now we just have to sell our place  and start the fun paper work process 
We are so happy and excited!
