I am soooooo not loving BBB right now UPDATE

I started registering online and was told I could continue in the store.

Well, when we got there, they said I had to re-register and they would combine the registries.
After we finished, the girl at the desk said they already completed the merge.
I go onto their site, I cannot get in to modify, it won't accept my password, THEN I go in as a guest, and there are 2 registries both with only the SAME 5 ITEMS i registered for online!!!!!!

They are so lucky I have a printout of everything I registered for in the store!!!!

I cannot wait until they open.

Their site isn't very easy to mavigate either.

UPDATE
So the genius that filled out my info, spelled my name AND email address wrong, so I had no way of accessing my registry. Thankfully they were able to fix it and save all the stuff I registered for......whew!!!

I'm so glad that I only registered at BRU. Simply because everyone is pretty much near that store but I must say that BBB's registry is so confusing to look at. I would be so annoyed if that happened to me.

That is terrible!! Tell them you will go elsewhere if they don't resolve it. Even if they have to have an employee manually add the things you want, make them do it.
