can you still swim and BD?
My dr didnt say anything about it....

After finding out I was 3cm dilated and told "go into labor and you can stop coming in for tests" (i had to have NSTs twice a week) I attacked DH the whole weekend.
I'd never heard him use the word horny before.
I thought if nothing else, it will help loosen up that stubborn mucus plug that was only coming out in tiny bits. I gave birth 4 days later. Not saying it really did anything, I also walked about 20 miles that weekend and would jump up and down...and yell at my tummy! I'm more convinced my son wanted me to stop telling him to get out than anything else.
eta-my dr. didn't say not to, they told me to go about my day/weekend as usual and actually expected to see me at my appt 5 days later.

i was actually told not to swim or bd. i am also 90% effaced and 3-4 cm dilated so i dont know if that makes a difference though?
that was 4 weeks ago and i probably wont be having the baby for another week or 2 and then figure the time after the baby is born...poor DH
