I think they advise to buy 1 size up from your normal size. (Well, that's what I've read for premium denim anyway.  )

I wore a 27 pre-preg. At 5 mo I bought 7 jeans in a small and they fit well and in the citizens I was going to buy I would have bought a 28. The 27 fit but the 28 was more comfortable. At 34.5 weeks - my seven jeans in small still fit great BUT, i took out the elastic from the waist

I bought my citizens in a 28 maternity, normally wear 25 in them. My friend said it's good to go up at least 2 sizes. They are still kind of big but they are starting to fit a lot better.
You can find Sevens at Maternity Works in the source. They are about $100.

I don't know about you, but besides by belly, my butt grew! So I have been buying pants a size larger than usual.
I haven't had to get maternity jeans yet--I have a couple pairs that are low rise and fall below my belly, but I'm sure their days are numbered. They were also loose before, so they fit perfectly now.
