Did you have someone who compared....

themselves to you-or at least your registry.
I have a friend (may be ex after this) who makes little comments about the items I put on my registry. For example she made a comment about the stroller I registered for-she thinks its too much money (sent an email just to say this) and commented that its not like I will be using the stroller that long. Then she said I am sure you probably spent thousands on clothes already knowing you..and other little comments like I know-what you want you get .
I dont have the strength to be snippy ladies but isnt this odd ....

Eww. No. I would have zero patience for that. Honestly she is prob. really jealous that you have people who will get you a bugabo or lots of clothing, etc. and she is feeling sorry for herself.

i know lots of people like that, I am getting the inglesina pram and its like 800 bucks, you can only use it up to 15 0r 20 pounds, everyone thinks its waste but I love it....so screw everyone lese...lol jelousy!!!!

I'm sorry, that would really tick me off too. My sister makes a point of picking on every single thing I choose or decide to do or have done so I know where you are coming from. She already thought I should "amend" my registry.

Yes- I have a friend like that. She had her baby about a year ago- and is like the end all, be all of BTDT moms. For my shower, she made up a basket of all things that she used and "had to have" when her baby was born- which was awesome!

But on the other hand- we have a mutual friend, and this mutual friend had a baby in June. She totally criticized our mutual friend's registry to her face- when she wasnt even asked to do so.
