Do you mean the actual DAY of the closing when everything gets signed? Or the entire process - from accepted offer to closing day?

If you mean the day of, ours took about 45 minutes for the final walk through and about 30 minutes for all the paperwork signing. Very smooth.

Ours took about 3 hours, but ot should have only taken about 1.5. We were waiting on the certified checks to arrive. It was very annoying!

Dumb question, but can't we just get a certified chck at the bank?
Yes but bank attorneys sometimes wait to get certified checks until everyone is at the table and they can take a long time depending on where the bank is and how long the line is at the bank.

It took about 60 minutes. Some can go for as long as a few hours.
