really? doesn't it get funky? We had a refrigerator as a kid the would freeze it if it got pushed to the back.
it always seperated and tasted a bit strange.

I do it ALL the time. Just stick the jug in the freezer! Although I do it with Whole milk for the little ones....

Anyone know why there's been such a spike in price?

the spike in gas prices are leading to the spike in milk and cheese prices..it all correlates to one another, the dairy farmers have to pay more to ship it, so they are passing the cost on to us....
yep, you can freeze milk, I always keep a quart in the freezer in case...

I do it all the time as well. I use Skim Plus and have no problem. I defrost it in the sink or in the fridge. Whenever it is on sale, I stock up.

Someone told me this last night because I ran out one night for Andrew it we had to go late to the store. She said to always keep some in your freezer. I thought she was nuts. I guess not
