Can I put my sofa against the radiator?

I think that you can, but not right up against it? Maybe if you leave just a few inches inbetween that'd be fine?

Do you have a radiator cover?
My parents sofas wind up right against the radiator and they haven't had a problem in the 40 years they've been in their home. However, sometimes it blocks the heat in the winter, so they normally pull them out a few inches. Of course, they always seem to make their way back up against the radiator...

I don't think it would be a huge fire hazard but may suck up a lot of the heat when you have the raditor on.

Like everyone said move it out a couple of inches. Make sure it doesn't slide back though. On our woodfloors our couches love to move.
