How comfortable is the bella band?

I had to admit to myself this morning that my pants are getting tight. I heard about the bella band and when I looked it up, it was totally different than what I thougt it was. I thought it was some kind of pants extender, not the waist girdle that it looks like.

For those who used it. Is it comfortable? Could you wear it all day? Did it really hold your unbuttoned pants up?

Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Its okay... I kinda have a big but so it kept scrunching up in the back which was a little annoying. But it does work.

I'd recommend you get one.

It works and its not all that tight, but by the end of the day I was ready to take it off. It was very worth it though, to extend the life of my regular pants. I mostly wore my white one.

But, once I bought maternity clothes and started fitting into them (they were big at first even when my regular pants were waaay too tight) I was like AHHHhhh much better!

I am 21 weeks PG and still don't have any maternity pants because I love the belt! I get to wear all my pants/shorts.. and just with a longer shirt.

I have the mimi maternity belt/ not bella - but i believe its the same idea.

I hated mine. It always would ride up and end up around my waist.

I didnt like it b/c it always wound up all scrunched up around my waist

I think that even though they say one size fits all if you are over a size 12 in pants they don't fit so well. I was a 14 pre pregnancy and did not care for it. I purchased my first pair of maternity pants at 12 weeks but was able to wear prepregnancy shirts until about 18 weeks.

I love it. It's very comfortable. Maybe the key is getting the right size? I erred on the side of caution and got it one size up.

I hated it because when my pants were undone, it would still look bulky under the band. I got the motherhood maternity one. And my pants still felt very uncomfortable. It was ok for me when all I had to do was unbutton my pants. But now i have to unzip too and its very uncomfortable and looks weird.

I absolutely HATED the bella band! It kept on bunching up- or not working the right way. I kept having to pull it down- it annoyed me so much! I just sucked it up with my regular pants for as long as I could- and then switched to maternity pants.
