My awful morning

So my commute was insane this morning got to work 45 minutes late.

Then was busy getting work done so didnt eat.

I was exiting my office to finally go to the bathroom, and a coworker said hi to me from the hallway I turned my head to say hi, and when I turned back I hit my head on the file cabinet that was put outside that we're getting rid of.

Its a metal file cabinet and I hit the area above my eye.

I have been icing it, but I don't know if its because I started being panicky but then I got dizzy and nauseus. Now I'm still sitting here with ice on it and its swollen and welting.

Should I be worried, could I have fractured the area?

My boss said to just try to relax and eat some breakfast and keep icing it. Now I feel like a baby

i'm so sorry. i'm sure it's just because you haven't eatten. keep icing it and just try and relax. get something to eat, you'll feel better.

Thanks everyone. I feel little better, it still throbs, but I"m ok. My mom keeps calling to check up on me and my boss is sweet and checked up on me as well.

I feel like such a though lol.
