Prenatal Vitamins
When do you think is the best time to take them?? I take mine at night because I have a sensitive stomach and I feel if I take them at night I have less of a chance of feeling sick....My FIL thinks I should be taking them in the morning only....
Do you think its a big deal??

It doesnt matter when you take them...just take them... I personally tak them in teh morning, but that is when I used to take my regular vitamins so it was habit for me.

I started taking them in the morning, and just switched to the night and I feel alot better after I eat during the day when I take them at night. It doesn't matter when you take them as long as you do.

I used to take them at night right before I went to bed. It doesn't matter when you take them as long as you do.

You take them when it's best for you. I take mine in the morning before I go to work. I like it that way becuase then I don't have to think about them for the rest of the day.
