yes. I do all the time. Use as many coupons as I have items.

they accept up to 5 coupons per transaction
eta: obviously you would have to be buying at least 5 things

It's been my experience that each clerk does their own thing.
I've used more than 5 at a time, but then I've had others who said "only 1 coupon per transaction" which we all know is bogus!
