Anyone with Broyhill furniture?
If so where did you order it from? (Local places only, no North Carolina)
How was the service? Delivery?
Are you happy so far with the quality?
TIA

We ordered ours from NC.
But we are very happy with the quality of our Broyhill dining room set. Pics are in my album.

Re: Anyone with Broyhill furniture?
Raymour & Flannigan. My parents got their from Route 110 Furniture right by Raymour. I believe they are the only two furniture stores that carry them on long island--that actually have them in stock. We ordered our bedroom set and our den furniture through raymour and have been very happy with it. I love the quality and for the money I think it is so worth it. The only problem we had was either raymour ordered the wrong bedframe or broyhill sent the wrong one--so we had to wait another week or so for our bed to come. On my mirror there was an ugly knot on the top and I told raymour I wanted another one and they ordered it for me and took the old one back. My parents ordered their dinning room through route 110 and they have so much to choose from--half of their showroom is broyhill. They had no problems with their service either.

Re: Anyone with Broyhill furniture?
We ordered from Katz & Sons in manhattan (they will delivery out here)... They offer discounted prices (not as low as NC but very nice).
We have been very happy with the furniture - we have the Maison Lenoir collection. My only complaint is that Broyhill has terrible customer service - they always direct you to the retailer and the retailer directs you back to them for parts - we need a new drawer handle on one of our dressers and we have been going back and forth for weeks with them.
Feel free to FM me with any other questions...

I too have ordered Broyhill through Katz and have been very happy. They have been in business forever (my mother and her friends use to order from them in the 70's and 80's)

We bought our Broyhill couch and loveseat from JCPenney (in store, not online). Love them! Great quality.

My mom too. She's only had them about 2 months but she is really happy.

This is the exact set I'm looking for, however, there is no way I can get to Manhattan these days. Do they take orders over the phone? Who did you deal with? How long did it take? It's a major undertaking for me to just get to Rt. 110
I'm not willing to wait months that's why I won't deal with NC.
Thanks.

I've never gone to the city, I've always handled it on the phone, with faxed pictures, if necessary. Its been a while and I don't remember who I dealt with, although my impression has always been that they are long term employees/family and know what they are doing.

They have great broyhill prices, they sell and install carpets at great prices too... It's a tiny showroom but the prices are great and the owner is a really nice guy
