Am I pregnant?

By calculations, I would be only one week pregnant. Is it possible to feel symptoms this soon???

The last week, I've been constantly hungry, like starving even though i just had a big meal 2-3 hours ago. I'm always tired, fatigued. My right boob feels tender and they feel like they're growing! My right boob is my milk boob, btw. I pumped for my first child and 75% of the breast milk came from my right boob. My back has been killing me. And I've been feeling cramps and tightening in my abdomen.

So, do you guys think I'm pregnant or maybe it's because I should be getting my period next week and because I *think* I'm pregnant, that I'm more aware of every little symptom than I would have been otherwise. It's all in my head?

With my first pregnancy, I had absolutely no clue. I didn't find out I was pregnant until 8 weeks!

I woould just wait it out.

its hard to say.. those were my PG symptoms.. but when I started 'trying' those were my AF symptoms too - especially the boob tenderness and hunger.

I would wait a few days and take the test.

hmm could be pregnant could be aunt flow i would wait and see if af comes..

I didnt have any symptoms until 4-5 weeks (which were only sore boobs and slight slight AF cramps)

Other symptoms you mentioned came much much later. I wasn't starving until about 8 weeks...tired in weeks 8-11...etc
