just got a cool phone call
I just got a call from Nielsen Media Research (Nielsen TV ratings ring a bell?). We've been chosen to represent our town in CT. They are sending me diaries (3 since I have 3 televisions in my home) and I have to write down everything that we watch for one specific week.
The coolest part? They are sending me a check for $30 for doing it. I love free money!

I used to work for them.....do you have to write in the book or just use the remote?

My mom had that a few years ago - when they came to install the special box on her TV, they messed something up and ended up getting her a new TV!
