URGH!
Im SO frustrated!!
So our washing machine has been leaking... waited over a week for GE to send someone out to check it out... turns out it isnt our washer, but some pipe next to it.
So, we get a plumber to come check it out today. Turns out that whoever set up the washer and dryer did it in the completely WRONG way and now this old slop sink and pipes are rusted through and thats where the water is coming from... so to re do it correctly it is going to cost $675 
this house is a money pit!

We had a similar problem, everytime I did wash, the basement would flood. The washing machine wasn't hooked up right and the sink needed to be replaced. It was really frustrating!
We also found out that some of the other pipes were damaged and needed to be replaced.
ETA - I feel like we live in a money pit too!!!

ITA. It is always something. We think we are getting ahead money wise and then something else happens with the house
